Earls Court - London

The site was a 3 bedroom Apartment located inside a residential building block.

The client who, owned the Apartment, felt that the space inside was outdated, dark and boxy but didn't know where to start in solving the problem. Gestalt Developments was instructed to help propose a new floor plan layout as well as completely strip and remove the existing interior, including the Kitchen and furniture, to accomplish a fresh, bright and modern 3 bedroom Apartment. 

We started by removing the partition walls between the Kitchen and Living are, allowing the large floor to ceiling windows in the living area transforming the open plan Kitchen into a bright and airy space. We removed the outdated existing Kitchen and fitted a modern and sleek fully integrated Kitchen to compliment the new proposed open plan living area. We removed the outdated wooden floors in the Living area and replaced them with beautiful large off-white tiles, which flowed into the Kitchen too, to allow help the space feel bright and modern. We gutted and changed the existing bathroom with a new toilet, sink and a bath/shower combo. We removed the outdated existing tiles and replaced them with new stone tiles to compliment the new fittings.

As agreed, we removed the old furniture and replaced them with modern, chic and complimenting furniture to the newly refurbished Apartment.

We are pleased to say that the client was absolutely over joyed with the final transformation. As proposed, Gestalt Development helped transform a previously outdated and cramped space into a beautiful, modern and bright 3 bedroom Apartment that any Landlord would be proud of.
